Measuring Your Belt
Check the markings first. Most belts have their size printed on the back, for example A24, SPZ1000 or 8PK1200. Type that code into the search bar to find the exact match.
Markings worn off? Measure across the top of the belt for the width, and its depth. For the length, wrap a piece of string round the belt, mark where it meets, then lay the string flat and measure it.
Timing or ribbed belt? Count the teeth or ribs, and measure the gap between them.

2380-14M-85 DD Dunlop Double-Sided Timing Belt
The Dunlop 2380-14M-85 DD is a double-sided 14M HTD-profile timing belt with a 14mm pitch, a 2380mm pitch length, 170 teeth on each side and a width of 85mm. It runs on standard HTD 14M pulleys from either face, so one belt can drive shafts turning in opposite directions.
Dunlop rubber timing belts are made of chloroprene rubber with a glass-fibre tension cord and nylon fabric on the teeth on both sides. They’re maintenance-free, keep exact timing with no slip, and are an economical choice for general industrial drives.

Check it’s the right belt
- The old belt should be marked 2380-14M-85 DD (or 2380 14M 85). 2380 is the pitch length in mm, 14M the profile and 85 the width in mm.
- If the marking has worn off, count the teeth on one side: this belt has 170. Multiply by 14mm to get the pitch length.
- Other brands mark this size D14M 2380 85 or 2380-D14M-85. They’re interchangeable.
