Metric timing belt pulleys
Toothed pulleys for metric HTD and polyurethane timing belts, from Dunlop / Optibelt. Choose a profile, or search by the pulley code, such as 12-5M-09F(PB).
Choosing the right metric timing pulley
Three things decide which timing pulley you need: the belt profile, the number of teeth and the width.
- Reading the code12-5M-09F(PB) is 12 teeth, 5M profile, for a 9mm belt, flanged (F), pilot bore (PB). A bush size in brackets means taper lock.
- Match the profileHTD pulleys suit HTD and Megadyne RPP belts. Supertorque, T and AT belts each need their own pulleys, so match the letters on the belt.
- Teeth and ratioThe tooth count sets the pulley size and the speed ratio. Count the teeth on the old pulley and keep the same count to keep the same speed.
HTD pulleys
For round-tooth HTD belts, and Megadyne RPP belts of the same pitch.
Polyurethane pulleys
For steel-corded T and AT polyurethane timing belts.
Matching belts
Metric timing belts to run on these pulleys.
Taper lock bushes
Bushes for taper lock timing pulleys, in metric bores.
