Shipping policy

We ship across the UK and worldwide. Choose an economical service if you can wait a few days, or express if the machine is stood still until the belt arrives. Delivery costs are worked out at checkout based on the weight of your order and where it's going.

UK DELIVERY

- Royal Mail: economical: Our lowest-cost option, and ideal for single belts and smaller orders that aren't urgent. (Usually 2 to 4 working days from dispatch)
- FedEx: express: Our fastest UK service, tracked from our warehouse to your door. The one to pick when a machine is out of action. (Usually the next working day from dispatch to most UK mainland addresses)

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We send orders worldwide using FedEx, DHL and Royal Mail International. The services available to you, along with their prices, are shown at checkout once you've entered your delivery address.

Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duty, VAT or customs fees by the destination country. These charges aren't included in our prices and are payable by the recipient. If you're unsure what applies to your country, check with your local customs office before ordering.

GOOD TO KNOW

- Dispatch days: We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays go out on the next working day.
- Tracking: You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
- Remote UK addresses: Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands can take longer.
- Large or heavy items: Long banded belts, large pulleys and bulk orders may need a specific courier. If so, we'll get in touch before sending.
- Check your address: Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct, as couriers may need to contact you.
- Missing or damaged parcels: If your order hasn't arrived when expected or turns up damaged, let us know as soon as possible and we'll sort it out.
