Conveyor roller belts
Poly-V belts for powered roller conveyors, where each roller drives the next through a short ribbed belt. Ours are Optibelt Conveyor Power elastic belts in the PJ profile, made by Optibelt, the German belt manufacturer and our premier brand. They replace the belts used on Interroll, Rulmeca and other roller conveyors in warehouses, distribution centres, airports and production lines. Choosing a conveyor roller belt
Two measurements pick the belt: the number of ribs and the roller pitch. If you have the conveyor maker’s part number, that’s quicker still.
- Count the ribsLook across the back of the old belt. Most roller conveyors use 2 or 3 rib belts. 3 and 4 rib belts carry heavier loads.
- Measure the roller pitchMeasure from the centre of one roller to the centre of the next. Common pitches are 60, 75, 90, 100 and 120mm. Each listing shows the pitch it suits.
- Or use the part numberEvery listing shows the Interroll and Rulmeca part numbers it replaces, such as Interroll S-1001113 or Rulmeca BELT-3PJ-75. Search for the number on your parts list.
