Check the markings first. Most belts have their size printed on the back, for example A24, SPZ1000 or 8PK1200. Type that code into the search bar to find the exact match.
Markings worn off? Measure across the top of the belt for the width, and its depth. For the length, wrap a piece of string round the belt, mark where it meets, then lay the string flat and measure it.
Timing or ribbed belt? Count the teeth or ribs, and measure the gap between them.

A replacement for Interroll PolyVee belt S-1001112: an Optibelt Conveyor Power 3 EPJ 256 belt in the same PJ profile, with 3 ribs, for a 60mm roller pitch. Made by Optibelt, the German belt manufacturer and our premier brand, it’s an elastic belt that’s stretched over the roller heads when fitted, so it needs no separate tensioner.
It also replaces Rulmeca BELT-3PJ-60. It’s not a genuine Interroll or Rulmeca part, and it carries Optibelt’s markings.

How do I check it’s the right belt?
Count the ribs on the old belt and measure the roller pitch: the distance from the centre of one roller to the centre of the next. This belt has 3 ribs and suits a 60mm pitch. You can also check the part number on the conveyor’s parts list.
Will it fit my conveyor if it isn’t Interroll or Rulmeca?
Most roller-to-roller conveyor drives use PJ profile belts, so if the rib count and roller pitch match, it should fit. Roller diameter can change the pitch a belt suits, so call us if you’re unsure.
How do I fit it?
Loop the belt over the grooved heads of the two rollers, then roll it on by turning the roller. Elastic belts don’t need tensioning.
