Conveyor Conveyor roller belts

Poly-V (PJ) · 2, 3 & 4 rib · Roller-to-roller drives

Poly-V belts for powered roller conveyors, where each roller drives the next through a short ribbed belt. Ours are Optibelt Conveyor Power elastic belts in the PJ profile, made by Optibelt, the German belt manufacturer and our premier brand. They come in 2, 3 and 4 rib versions for roller pitches from 57mm to 200mm, and replace the belts used on Interroll, Rulmeca and other roller conveyors. Search by the Interroll or Rulmeca part number, or filter by ribs and roller pitch.

Finding the right conveyor belt

Ribs and pitchCount the ribs on the old belt and measure the roller pitch: centre to centre between two rollers. Those two numbers pick the belt.

Part numbersEvery listing shows the Interroll and Rulmeca part numbers it replaces, such as Interroll S-1001113 or Rulmeca BELT-3PJ-75. Shop by Interroll or Rulmeca.

2, 3 or 4 ribs?Match the old belt. More ribs carry heavier loads: 2 rib belts suit most light packages, and 3 or 4 rib belts are used for heavier loads.

Tip: The PJ number (e.g. 3PJ286) is a size reference, not a length you can measure on the conveyor. Go by ribs and roller pitch.

  • Measuring the pitchMeasure from the centre of one roller to the centre of the next, then count the ribs on the old belt.
  • Other conveyorsShop Interroll, Rulmeca or all conveyor belts by rib count and pitch.
