Measuring Your Belt
Check the markings first. Most belts have their size printed on the back, for example A24, SPZ1000 or 8PK1200. Type that code into the search bar to find the exact match.
Markings worn off? Measure across the top of the belt for the width, and its depth. For the length, wrap a piece of string round the belt, mark where it meets, then lay the string flat and measure it.
Timing or ribbed belt? Count the teeth or ribs, and measure the gap between them.

SPC3750 Optibelt SK Wedge V-Belt
The Optibelt SK SPC3750 is an SPC section wrapped wedge belt, 22mm wide with a 3750mm pitch length. It’s made by Optibelt, our premier brand, for heavy-duty drives such as crushers, mills and large process machinery.
Wedge belts carry substantially more power than classical V-belts of a similar width, so drives can use smaller pulleys and fewer belts. Optibelt SK belts run at around 97% efficiency and are made to Optibelt’s S=C PLUS standard, so belts of the same size can be used together as a set without measuring and matching.

Check it’s the right belt
- The old belt should be marked SPC3750. The letters are the section and the number is the pitch length in mm. Measure 22mm across the top and 18mm deep.
- Wedge belts are deeper than classical belts of a similar width, so check the depth as well as the width.
