Garden and light-duty V-belts for lawn mowers, ride-ons, garden tractors and outdoor power equipment. The L, XDV and MXV names describe the same sections, so 3L, XDV38 and MXV3 are all the same belt. Choose a width, or search by the code on your old belt, such as 4L360.
Choosing the right garden belt
Three things to know about garden and light-duty belts.
- One section, three names3L, XDV38 and MXV3 fit the same pulleys, as do 4L, XDV48 and MXV4, and 5L, XDV58 and MXV5.
- Reading the codeThe number is the outside length in tenths of an inch. A 4L360 belt is 36 inches long, and an XDV48 or MXV4 marked 360 is the same length.
- Light or heavy duty?L and XDV belts suit light-duty drives. Choose MXV heavy-duty belts for ride-on mower decks and clutched drives.
