Optibelt Red Power 3 belts are maintenance-free wedge belts. Once fitted and run in, they don’t need re-tensioning, which saves downtime on drives that are hard to reach or run around the clock, such as fans, pumps, compressors and air handling units. They transmit more power than standard wedge belts and fit the same standard pulleys. Search by the code on the old belt, such as SPZ1250 or 3V500, and use the filters to narrow it down by section or length.

Is Red Power right for your drive?

Same pulleysRed Power belts are made to the standard SPZ, SPA, SPB, SPC, 3V and 5V sections, so they fit your existing pulleys. Check the pulleys aren’t worn before fitting.

Reading the codeSPZ1250 is an SPZ section belt with a 1250mm datum length. 3V500 is a 3V belt with a 50.0″ outside length.

Tip: On multi-belt drives, replace all the belts at once with Red Power belts of the same length. Don’t mix them with standard belts on the same drive.
