Measuring Your Belt
Check the markings first. Most belts have their size printed on the back, for example A24, SPZ1000 or 8PK1200. Type that code into the search bar to find the exact match.
Markings worn off? Measure across the top of the belt for the width, and its depth. For the length, wrap a piece of string round the belt, mark where it meets, then lay the string flat and measure it.
Timing or ribbed belt? Count the teeth or ribs, and measure the gap between them.

The Megadyne Oleostatic Gold SPB3350 is an SPB section wrapped wedge belt, 16.3mm wide with a 3350mm pitch length. It’s made by Megadyne, one of our premium belt brands, for larger fans, pumps, compressors and heavier industrial drives.
Oleostatic Gold belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a hard-wearing wrapped cover for smooth, quiet running and a long, consistent life. Wedge belts carry more power than classical V-belts of a similar width, so drives can use smaller pulleys and fewer belts. A premium belt at a price between our budget and top-tier ranges.

Check it’s the right belt
- The old belt should be marked SPB3350. The letters are the section and the number is the pitch length in mm. Measure 16.3mm across the top and 13mm deep.
- Wedge belts are deeper than classical belts of a similar width, so check the depth as well as the width.
