Measuring Your Belt
Measuring Your Belt
Check the markings first. Most belts have their size printed on the back, for example A24, SPZ1000 or 8PK1200. Type that code into the search bar to find the exact match.
Markings worn off? Measure across the top of the belt for the width, and its depth. For the length, wrap a piece of string round the belt, mark where it meets, then lay the string flat and measure it.
Timing or ribbed belt? Count the teeth or ribs, and measure the gap between them.

Al-Ko T3 Drive Replacement V-Belt (Optibelt)
This is a replacement drive V-belt for the Al-Ko T3. It’s made by Optibelt, who manufacture belts for original equipment makers, to the same specification as the original belt.
It’s an Optibelt belt rather than an Al-Ko branded part, so it carries Optibelt’s markings, not Al-Ko’s part number. Optibelt is our premier brand.

Check it’s the right belt
- Al-Ko part number: 476678.
- Check the model name on your machine matches — T3. Many Al-Ko machines use more than one belt, so make sure you need the drive belt.
- If you can, compare it with the old belt before fitting: the length and width should match.
Not sure it’s the right one? Also listed as Al-Ko part 476678. Call 020 8138 2848 with your machine model or the Al-Ko part number and we’ll check it for you.
