Check the markings first. Most belts have their size printed on the back, for example A24, SPZ1000 or 8PK1200. Type that code into the search bar to find the exact match.
Markings worn off? Measure across the top of the belt for the width, and its depth. For the length, wrap a piece of string round the belt, mark where it meets, then lay the string flat and measure it.
Timing or ribbed belt? Count the teeth or ribs, and measure the gap between them.

This is Megadyne Isoran RPP open length timing belting in the RPP8 profile, 10mm wide, made by Megadyne, the Italian belt manufacturer. Open length belting is supplied cut to length rather than as a joined loop, for drives where the belt is clamped at each end. It’s made from chloroprene rubber with glass-fibre tension cords, so it’s flexible, runs quietly and holds its length well. Rubber belting suits light linear drives, sliding doors and gates, office machinery and repairs.

How do I order the length I need?
Each unit is 1 metre. Enter the number of metres you need as the quantity and we’ll cut it as one continuous length. Add a little extra if you need to trim it to fit.
Will it fit my pulleys?
The profile must match your pulleys exactly. Check the code on the old belt, such as RPP8, or measure across ten teeth and divide by ten to find the pitch.
Do I need clamp plates?
To fix the belt ends to a carriage or slide, use clamp plates that match the RPP8 profile and are at least as wide as the belt.
How quickly will it arrive?
