Which belt is right for you?

Leisure and occasional useA cost-effective belt does the job for karts that run a few sessions a week. Match the pitch, length and width to the old belt.

Busy rental fleetsHigh performance belts cost more up front but last longer between changes, so there’s less downtime and fewer karts off track on a busy day.

Not sure of the size?Start with your kart make. Model-specific belts list the kart maker’s part number, the axle size and any upgraded widths.

Tip: timing belt codes, such as 8M-1000-20, give the tooth pitch (8mm), length (1000mm) and width (20mm). 8M (round tooth) and S8M (flat-topped tooth) belts look similar but aren’t interchangeable, so check the tooth shape too.
