Measuring Your Belt
Check the markings first. Most belts have their size printed on the back, for example A24, SPZ1000 or 8PK1200. Type that code into the search bar to find the exact match.
Markings worn off? Measure across the top of the belt for the width, and its depth. For the length, wrap a piece of string round the belt, mark where it meets, then lay the string flat and measure it.
Timing or ribbed belt? Count the teeth or ribs, and measure the gap between them.

The Mitsuboshi Orange Label LB34 is an LB section agricultural V-belt with a 34″ (864mm) effective length. It’s made by Mitsuboshi for combine harvesters, balers, mowers and other farm machinery, and is often the original fit on Japanese-built machines.
Orange Label belts are thinner than standard industrial V-belts, so they bend more easily round small pulleys, idlers and tensioners. They’re built for harsh working conditions, with good resistance to heat and cracking.

Check it’s the right belt
- The old belt should be marked LB34. The letters are the section and the number is the effective length in inches.
- Orange Label belts are thinner than classical belts, so match the LB code rather than fitting a classical B belt in its place.
