Check the markings first. Most belts have their size printed on the back, for example A24, SPZ1000 or 8PK1200. Type that code into the search bar to find the exact match.
Markings worn off? Measure across the top of the belt for the width, and its depth. For the length, wrap a piece of string round the belt, mark where it meets, then lay the string flat and measure it.
Timing or ribbed belt? Count the teeth or ribs, and measure the gap between them.

Countax 38" Deck Replacement Double-Sided V-Belt (Bando)
This is a replacement deck double-sided V-belt for the Countax 38". It’s made by Bando, whose RED-S II belts are built for garden and agricultural drives with backside idlers: a thinner belt with the cord placed for a much longer life on reverse-bend drives.
It’s a Bando belt rather than a Countax branded part, so it carries Bando’s markings, not the Countax part number.
