Measuring Your Belt
Check the markings first. Most belts have their size printed on the back, for example A24, SPZ1000 or 8PK1200. Type that code into the search bar to find the exact match.
Markings worn off? Measure across the top of the belt for the width, and its depth. For the length, wrap a piece of string round the belt, mark where it meets, then lay the string flat and measure it.
Timing or ribbed belt? Count the teeth or ribs, and measure the gap between them.

Dunlop HTD timing belt pulleys are manufactured from either C45 steel with black oxide surface treatment, cast iron EN-GJL-200 and black phosphate or aluminium 6082. Pulley flanges are produced from S235JR steel. HTD timing belt pulleys are available to suit all HTD pitch sizes, 3M, 5M, 8M & 14M and are available from stock in both taper and pilot bore options. Part numbers are identified by a 2 or 3 digit number (e.g. 44) which represents the number of teeth, a number and a letter (e.g. 8M) the pulleys pitch and a 2 or 3 digit number (e.g. 30) the width of the appropriate corresponding timing belt, for example 44-8M-30F.
