Measuring Your Belt
Check the markings first. Most belts have their size printed on the back, for example A24, SPZ1000 or 8PK1200. Type that code into the search bar to find the exact match.
Markings worn off? Measure across the top of the belt for the width, and its depth. For the length, wrap a piece of string round the belt, mark where it meets, then lay the string flat and measure it.
Timing or ribbed belt? Count the teeth or ribs, and measure the gap between them.

CC112 Megadyne Esaflex Double Sided V-Belt
The Megadyne Esaflex CC112 is a CC section double-sided (hexagonal) V-belt, 22mm wide with a 2845mm (112″) nominal pitch length. It’s made by Megadyne, one of our premium brands.
Double-sided belts have a V on both faces, so they can drive pulleys from the inside and the outside of the belt. That makes them the standard choice for serpentine drives where pulleys turn in opposite directions, such as on combine harvesters, balers, mowers and other farm and garden machinery.

Check it’s the right belt
- The old belt should be marked CC112. The letters are the section and the number is the nominal pitch length in inches.
- Double-sided belts are deeper than a single V-belt of the same width (CC is about 17mm deep). Don’t fit a classical C belt in its place, as it can’t drive from the back.
- Many machines list this belt under the maker’s part number. If that’s all you have, call us with it.
