Measuring Your Belt
Check the markings first. Most belts have their size printed on the back, for example A24, SPZ1000 or 8PK1200. Type that code into the search bar to find the exact match.
Markings worn off? Measure across the top of the belt for the width, and its depth. For the length, wrap a piece of string round the belt, mark where it meets, then lay the string flat and measure it.
Timing or ribbed belt? Count the teeth or ribs, and measure the gap between them.

DS3M-360-15 Bando Super Torque (STS) Double-Sided Timing Belt
The Bando Super Torque (STS) DS3M-360-15 is a double-sided S3M timing belt with a 3mm pitch, a 360mm pitch length, 120 teeth on each side and a width of 15mm.
It has teeth on both sides, so it can drive pulleys from either face.
Bando STS Super Torque Synchronous belts were developed for very high demands on power transmission, smooth running and positioning accuracy. The rounded STS tooth minimises the polygon effect and noise, and the belts run on standard S-profile (STD / STPD) pulleys.

Check it’s the right belt
- The old belt should be marked DS3M-360-15 (or 360 DS3M 15). 360 is the pitch length in mm and 15 the width in mm.
- If the marking has worn off, count the teeth on one side: this belt has 120. Multiply by 3mm to get the pitch length.
- S-profile (STD) belts have a different tooth shape from HTD (M) belts and need S-profile pulleys.
