Measuring Your Belt
Check the markings first. Most belts have their size printed on the back, for example A24, SPZ1000 or 8PK1200. Type that code into the search bar to find the exact match.
Markings worn off? Measure across the top of the belt for the width, and its depth. For the length, wrap a piece of string round the belt, mark where it meets, then lay the string flat and measure it.
Timing or ribbed belt? Count the teeth or ribs, and measure the gap between them.

The Roulunds 11MS0750-02 is a 2-band, 60° wide-angle polyurethane belt in profile 11M, 750mm long.
It’s 2 wide-angle belts joined across the top by a tie band. The tie band stops the belts turning over or jumping off the pulleys, which makes banded belts the fix for drives with shock loads, vibration or long centre distances. The 60° polyurethane profile carries high loads at high speeds in less space than a conventional V-belt.

Check it’s the right belt
- The old belt should be marked 11MS0750-02: 11MS is the banded 11M profile, 0750 is the length in mm and -02 is the number of bands.
- Count the bands and check they match the number of grooves you’re using on the pulley.
- Don’t swap in a standard 40° V-belt: the 60° angle must match the pulley groove.
